Rane Ladegård is situated in the northern part of Ebeltoft municipality in the village Elsegårde. Recently, the farm was completely restored after a long time of disrepair and is today more beautiful than ever. Click here to view pictures from the restoration. The surroundings provide a beautiful setting for the farm buildings: The courtyard and the large, beautiful garden with old shadowy trees, garden cottage, barbecue area and many beautiful bushes and flowers. The village Elsegårde has mini golf, a large playground, a grocery shop and bicycle and boat letting. You will find a nice beach only 800 m away and there are good fishing possibilities. About 2 km from Elsegårde you will find Ebeltoft maritime Ferieby, a holiday camp with tennis and badminton courts, swimming pool, sauna, horse letting, gondola sailing and much more. Ebeltoft is a beautiful old town with many sights, e.g. Fregatten Jylland (the frigate Jutland), the old Town Hall and the Glass Museum. Within half an hour's drive you will arrive at Djurs Sommerland (an activity park for the whole family), Kattegatcentret (a sea aquarium and activity centre for the whole family), The Old Town in Aarhus and Familieparken (The Family Park) in Gravlev.
